Join our dynamic team as an Exterior Specialist / Sales Representative operating on a full commission basis! This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and community engagement. You will be provided with leads, but are also expected to generate your own opportunities through networking, door-to-door outreach, and attending local events.

Duties

  • Conduct initial assessments of properties when appointments are set.

  • Prepare accurate estimates and present them to potential customers.

  • Follow up with customers to close sales.

  • Draft contracts and work orders for approved jobs.

  • Stay updated on the progress of all assigned projects.

  • Perform final walkthroughs with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Attend networking events, chamber activities, and community events to build relationships.

  • Generate your own leads through door-knocking, referrals, and other strategies.

  • Pass a drone certification test within the first 3 months (reimbursed by the company).

  • Please note: This role does not follow a standard 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. You must be flexible and willing to take appointments after regular business hours, including evenings, to meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of previous experience in roofing or exterior home services (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, decks, insulation, ventilation).

  • Strong sales and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently.

  • Comfortable attending community and networking events.

  • Ability to pass a drone certification exam within 3 months.

  • Reliable transportation (if company vehicle not provided).
