Phoned Andrew’s roofing Company as I was concerned, I had a possible roof leak because I had some drywall bubbling in my hallway. Mind you I called Monday at 1 o’clock And explained to the gentlemen on the phone today was my only day off and he said no problem. We will get someone out there in the next few hours. He phoned me back to let me know what time a team member would be arriving and that team member also sent a text with their ETA. They arrived at ahead of schedule, were very courteous removed their shoes when entering my home, checked everything out and said they did not find any leaks The gentleman did recommend a few things as maintenance options But felt that there was nothing that needed to happen right now. He was incredibly honest and absolutely amazing. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 and will definitely be utilizing them in the future and telling everybody about my great experience.Posted on Google

TJ BrandFirst, I want you to know that it was great working with your team. We received bids from multiple companies, some of which were lower in price. However, in my world of business, relationships, and professionalism matter and that is what set you apart from the competition. Ricardo taking the time to inspect our attic and get on the roof was something no other company did and that meant a lot to us.Posted on Google
Brett BrooksIf you have trust issues with contractors as I do, you can put those to rest with Andrews roofing. I have used them now twice, two different homes for roof repair. Excellent work. Excellent timing. Very professional. Scheduling is easy. Very detailed. The 2 man crew showed up on time and did excellent work. No issues with hiring them for full roof replacement. I just did not need it at this time. They listen to the client. I did not need nor want a full roof replacement, they listened. Excellent.Posted on Google
Tom SaxenI am the president of an HOA in the Metro. We have used Andrews Roofing for both repairs and a recent roof replacement. In all instances, we have found them to be prompt, very professional, educational, reasonably priced, and have lived up to their high standards of service. In today's world, it is often unfortunate to discover situations where businesses do not stand behind their work. Andrews Roofing is NOT in that group! Andrews Roofing is a business that does an outstanding job in standing behind its work. Character and honor are important to them. We truly appreciate Andrews Roofing and would highly recommend them to others!Posted on Google
Skyler CarrI’ve been waiting a second to “stress test” the system before I left the review. I wanted to be completely honest and transparent. I am very brutal in reviews, I will not be dishonest. With that being said my experience with Andrew’s Roofing was AMAZING. I was installing a bathroom fan and realized it vented straight to the attic. 1970s home fails. I’ve previously done roofing, and was contemplating doing the job myself because I’m impatient and don’t like to spend money. They understood that I was probably going to cancel if they weren’t quick with a quote, and scheduling. In the same week I got a quote scheduled, quoted, and work completed (on a Saturday which is amazing for me). I chose not to do this project myself because the consumables that goes with roofing, adding labor, easily made their quote worth my time. I believe my lead was Daniel, he was VERY knowledgeable about his SOW, he also spoke highly about the company he works for, and spoke about his long tenure at the company. That tenure was obvious because the two men worked like a well oiled machine they had the vent installed, and the insulated ducting completed in probably 60 min flat. I watched the whole thing and it wasn’t a 60 min trying to get out of there job, it was just genuinely a short job for them because they worked so well together. I’ve been on the roof and inspected the vent, also watched them properly handle water diversion during install. The insulated ducting was ran, and connected to my new fan too—one less time thing I had to do so I appreciated it! For $500 (quotes vary depending on duct run, pitch of roof, etc) they did the whole job perfectly. After very heavy downfall today I went up to the attic to do a dry check—no problems at all. I was even more impressed that they took the extra care to respread the attic insulation properly. It’s the small things that show great craftsmanship. My install was a insulated duct and vent through the roof for new bathroom fan install, serviced in Norwalk, on the weekend, got me in super quick. The guys also wore boot covers for their shoes too. After this great experience the project manager went above and beyond to collect my cash payment, meeting me near my work, on the opposite side of the metro from their location. End of story: when I get my roof replaced next year I will be going with Andrew’s roofing, I hope they do siding too as those are usually paired together and I know I can trust their quality. Mishell CannonThis company is one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. From the beginning to the end, they were always very prompt with their calls in any questions I had. All of the workers did a great job. I was very happy with the quality of their skills in repairing our roof and gutter and also how well they cleaned up the worksite when they were done. I highly recommend this roofing company if you want it done right and if you want someone that communicates well with you.Posted on Google
david vanarkelWe had a water leak in our kitchen. We live in WDM, IA Saw an Andrews Roofing truck in the neighborhood so we called. Came over immediately, knew where the leak was in the roof by looking at a window. with in an hour or so proved it was where the problem was. Fixed the issue on the roof around the window and ordered a new window that had been destroyed by water damage. All completed timely and every step of the process was explained and shown as the work was taking place. Gerardo was very professional and super easy to work with. would use Andrew Roofing again for any exterior issue.Posted on Google
