Job Summary: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager

Andrew's Roofing Company is currently seeking a Bilingual Project Manager. The roofing project manager will coordinate work schedules with clients and subcontractors. The roofing project manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews, including designating material staging areas, overseeing and training individuals in roofing system installations, and managing crew personnel, scheduling, and addressing issues. The roofing project manager will be responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality. We're seeking a Project Manager who is comfortable working in all types of weather conditions, is not afraid of heights, and is confident being on a roof. The ideal candidate thrives in challenging environments and has a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and leadership.

Duties include:

• Maintain job site records, daily reports, and delay requests.

• Monitor the job progress of individual projects and team members.

• Resolving problems and issues that may arise – includes both technical and contractual.

• Provide support to the foreman as required for materials, schedule, and cost information.

• Provide information/support to estimators for major change orders.

• Keep Accounts Receivables informed of all pending and approved change orders.

• Attend Daily Department Team meetings; and Weekly Scheduling meetings, if applicable

• Extensive experience in the design, construction and current codes applicable to roofing systems for residential and commercial applications is a must.

• Provide support to lead men and roofing specialists.

Qualifications/Required:

• Education Minimum high school graduate/college preferred

• 5 Years of roofing experience

• 2+ Year Gutter Experience

• 2+ Year Siding Experience

• 1+ Year Window Experience

• Demonstrated extensive knowledge of roofing

• Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures, and tolerances.

• Must work well independently and in team settings.

• Have the ability to prioritize and be a critical problem solver.

• Strong leadership qualities

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

• Operate and drive company vehicles

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Qualifications/Desired:

• Proficient with computer systems such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Benefits Include:

• Expected Salary: 50k - 70k

• Work Day Expectation: 3 long days.
