Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence and generate more qualified leads. This role focuses on social media strategy and execution, content creation, local SEO, and website conversion optimization.

The ideal candidate is someone who can plan, create, and publish content consistently, optimize our Google Business Profile and website, and track performance using analytics.

Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

This position starts at $50,000/year, with the possibility of performance-based bonuses tied to numbers, goals, and results, with potential earnings up to $55,000/year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Generate YouTube video ideas and support basic editing + posting for short-form and long-form content

  • Create branded graphics, infographics, and marketing visuals using Canva

  • Plan and manage content calendars (monthly + quarterly)

  • Write captions and marketing copy aligned with brand tone and target audience

  • Research and create blog posts, collaborating with team members to gather ideas, seasonal topics, and in-season service information

  • Publish blog posts consistently and ensure they support SEO + lead generation goals

  • Optimize website pages for on-page SEO (keywords, headings, metadata, internal linking)

  • Help improve local rankings across the Metro area through SEO, content, and local optimization

  • Manage and improve our Google Business Profile (posts, photos, services, categories, review strategy)

  • Support basic backlink and local listing efforts (directories, citations)

  • Maintain and update our website using Squarespace (page edits, SEO settings, layout updates)

  • Improve website conversion performance (CTAs, layout, lead capture forms, landing page improvements)

  • Track performance using Meta Analytics and Google Analytics, and report key insights

  • Generate independent marketing ideas and suggest improvements proactively

  • Support basic content creation as needed (TikTok execution, jobsite content, simple headshots, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing business social media accounts (not personal-only)

  • Strong Canva skills (branded templates, clean layout, consistent design)

  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization

  • Experience optimizing a Google Business Profile

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta reporting tools

  • Comfortable working in Squarespace (editing pages, layouts, basic SEO settings)

  • Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)

  • Strong organization, consistency, and ability to execute without constant direction

  • Experience with SEO optimization tools/programs (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, etc.) is a plus

  • Marketing-related degree or certifications preferred

  • Spanish is a plus, but not required
