Best Local Roofing Company CITYVIEW 2025

Voted #1 by the Des Moines Community

Andrew's Roofing Company was named Best Local Roofing Company in the 2025 CITYVIEW awards — and earned first runner-up for Best Local Home Improvement Company. Because CITYVIEW's winners are chosen by readers, this honor reflects the trust of the Des Moines community we serve.

Why the CITYVIEW Best Award Matters

CITYVIEW is one of the Des Moines area's best-known local publications, and its annual Best Of awards are decided by community vote — not a panel or a paid placement. That makes being named Best Local Roofing Company especially meaningful: it's recognition that comes directly from the homeowners and neighbors we work for. Earning first runner-up for Best Local Home Improvement Company in the same year underscores how broadly that trust extends.

A Community-Chosen Honor

The CITYVIEW Best Of awards are powered by reader nominations and votes, which means a win is a direct reflection of how a business is regarded by the people in its community. There's no buying your way in — the title belongs to the companies local residents choose to recognize.

For Andrew's Roofing Company, being voted the best says everything we'd want a new customer to know: the people who've actually worked with us would recommend us to their neighbors.

What This Means for Des Moines Homeowners

Proven by Real Customers

A reader-voted award means our reputation is built on the experiences of actual Des Moines homeowners — not advertising. When you hire us, you're choosing the company your neighbors did.

Recognized Across Home Improvement

Placing as first runner-up for Best Local Home Improvement Company shows our reputation extends beyond roofing to the full range of exterior services we provide.

A Team That Earns It

Recognition like this comes from the hard work and commitment of our entire team — and it's the same standard we bring to every project, large or small.
