Nextdoor Fave Neighbor Award

Why the Nextdoor Fave Neighbor Award Matters

Nextdoor is the neighborhood-focused platform where local residents share recommendations and trade honest opinions about the businesses they use. Its Fave (Favorite) Neighbor Award is earned through that word of mouth — neighbors recommending neighbors. Being named a favorite in both 2025 and 2023 tells Des Moines homeowners that the people right around them trust Andrew's Roofing Company, and have for years.

A Neighbor-Chosen Honor

The Fave Neighbor Award is based on the recommendations and engagement of real Nextdoor users in the community — not advertising or a paid placement. It reflects genuine word-of-mouth trust from the people who live here.

Earning it in two different years shows that trust isn't a one-time thing. It's the result of consistently showing up for our neighbors and doing right by them, project after project.

What This Means for Des Moines Homeowners

Recommended by Your Neighbors

A neighbor-voted award means the people in your own community have used and recommended our work — the most trustworthy referral there is.

Trusted Year After Year

Winning in both 2025 and 2023 shows our reputation in the community has staying power — not a single good year, but consistent trust over time.

Rooted in the Community

As a local company, being recognized by our own neighbors means the world to us — and it reflects the personal, community-first service we bring to every job.
